Some items are small enough to ship UPS, FedEx Ground, or similar small package services.
Most of our products ship via large truck line. Basic shipping charges cover the transport of items from the factory to a truck-height dock. If your location does not have a loading dock, or you require inside delivery, cannot accommodate tractor-trailer size trucks, or have other special shipping and delivery requirements, please notify us at the time of order so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Additional charges will apply for additional services.
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice unless other arrangements are made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is imperative that you immediately inspect your shipment both inside and out before accepting the delivery.
In the case of delivery by truck line, any damages or possible damages must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Your signature on the freight bill without noting damage relieves the trucking company of any responsibility for damages discovered later. Their assumption will be that the damage occurred after the product is in your possession.
If even the slightest irregularity is noticed in the packaging, note this on the freight bill and inspect the contents before the driver leaves.
Notify us immediately of any damage so that we may assist with the freight company and with replacement products.
Concealed Damage: If packaging appears undamaged and you sign the freight bill without noting any exceptions, open and inspect all products within 7 days of receipt. If at this point, you discover damage, this is called “concealed damage.” Retain all packaging material \u2013 it will be essential in the investigation of your damage claim. Notify the trucking company immediately to request an inspection, and call us at 800-222-1440 so that we may assist with your claim.
If your shipment is by UPS or other small package service, and appears damaged, you may refuse the delivery. Please call us immediately so that we can begin the replacement process. Please open all packages within 24 hours and immediately report to us any concealed damage. Please retain all packing materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As commercial and contract furniture items, our products are not stocked in our warehouse, and are manufactured as ordered. The same day that you place your order, we initiate production of your items; therefore, in most cases order cancellation and\/or restocking fees from 20% to 50% of the order value will be assessed once your order has been entered. If for some reason you should change your mind, contact us immediately and we will determine what, if any, cancellation fee will be applied. We cannot guarantee that we can accept a cancellation without assessing a fee, but we will make every attempt if production has not begun.
Returns will be accepted and assessed the applicable restocking fee for your product, plus shipping to your location and return shipping to the factory. Please contact us for details and return authorization information. Returns must be in original packaging and original condition, and you must obtain a return authorization number from us in order to receive proper credit.
If you should receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for replacement with the correct product at no additional cost to you.
